What exists
- A skill with the principles of a good harness, and the signs that show when one is missing.
- A reviewer agent that audits a project's harness from a fresh context and backs each recommendation with evidence.
- Installable modules, each optional: a test-first loop, with tests written from the plan and reviewed by separate agents before any code; and a procedure for changing AGENTS.md, checked in CI.
What comes next
